Boat = better organize another thousand. i got my sa boat licence nearly twenty five years ago. i don't recall it being very hard to get. i still can't believe they don't expire and we don't even have to pay a renewal. my daughter recently got hers. studied the book one evening, did the online practice tests and aced it (100%) the next day..
